Again, I am late for that wrap up post for the year. Work was super hectic last few weeks of the year, working from last day of year to New Year.
Highlight Of The Year
1st: T-Ara Showcase in Malaysia. Nothing beats seeing real live Kpop idols performing in front of your own eyes. T-ara is my current 2nd favourite group after SNSD. Some say its expensive, but seeing 7 pretty girls performing at one time is not an easy chance.
2nd: My Tokyo Japan trip. Another solo but relaxing trip to another Asian country. All is good except most things in Japan is expensive.
*Special mention: SNSD visited Malaysia for the first time for Sepang F1 concert in KLCC.
Surprise Of The Year
1st: Company salary review, not a lot but quite significant as well. Got it just after I rejected an offer from another company. A surprise since it was unexpected. At least give us workers a bit more motivation to work.
2nd: Saw SNSD in Mori Tower, Roppongi, Tokyo Japan. Too bad it only last 5 seconds and I didn't even a good look at all 9 of them. Third time I saw them in person, hopefully there will be more opportunities in the future. Exact date was 5 Nov 2012.
Change Of The Year
1st: The work change or keep changing, the job didn't. That was expected considering I don't have an immediate boss throughout the year. The job scope becomes a ''one leg kick'' kinda thing, nothing unusual. Work is still work in the end, still sucks, can't be too bothered or absored by it.
2nd: Changed to Windows 8. Decided to make the upgrade due to Microsoft upgrade offer for RM 120+. Missed out the cheap RM 50 offer as I was in Japan that time. With this, my PC is free of Jack Sparrow running my ship.
Record Of The Year
1st: Blogging reach an all time low. That has been the trend since 2008. Not even 10 posts for 2012. Hopefully, I can continue to maintain the blog and come up with some good posts.
2nd:My savings for the year also quite low as compare to my spending. Normally, tried to save quite a bit but this year, has been spending much on things not really needed. Buying books I don't read or collecting Kpop items as a fan...haha. My food expenses increased, as there was a period I stop going to kopitiams and eating those hawker noodles or economy rice. The spending trend looks to continue in year 2013 but I'll need to do some cost cutting measures..lol.
Special mention. I finished reading 0 books this year. Unlikely I will be finishing a book in the near future..lol
