So the Popular Bookfest just ended..more like a month ago, I am just too lazy to blog really . The slogan was 'Like Reading'. I think I don't like reading books anymore. Seems most of the content too predictable or stale. Perhaps read too much when was young??
I think I only finish 3/4 of a book last year. The most thing I read lately was reading or more accurately memorize Cisco questions and answers. Probably like 700+ of them. And more to come. :X
Anyway, spent like more than an hour in bookfest figuring what books to buy. To be honest, not really interested to buy any of them. So, just took some that seem was in good offer like the 'History and Game of Thrones. Strangely, the amount was much more than previous 2 years. Another headache to figure where to put them.
Went home and next morning, found out I actually bought the Dan Brown 'The Lost Symbol' before 2 years ago at the bookfest. Damn, gotta go exchange it else it's wasted money. Returned in the evening which has more people compare to night. Night time is still the best to go, less people and more parking. Took more than an hour again to decide what to exchange it. But I think at least, this one seems like I could want to read it.
Another economic way look at life.
But I do believe reading certain books about life, love, economy among other genres, help to make life clearer. Honestly, life seems manageable now, able to comprehend and understands how life's turn out. Or because I am getting old and has indeed become wiser. The mind is less confuse now. Perhaps that's why there isn't much reading needs to be done.....wahaha.
