I am not much of a cinema goer cuz I think the majority movies out there aren't really worth watching and over rated most of time when you see the trailer. Plus, the storyline mostly are the same anyway with minor tweaks.
I don't really have kaki to with also, but then I rather pay RM 10-15 for Starbucks or Coffee Bean than a movie ticket..hehe. After all, the coffee quality are more stable than the movie. Plus there is 20% discount for Citibank card users for Coffee Bean. :P
Some cinemas environment also sucks like MB0 Viva. Watched Thor for free, but the screen look second class and you can see two green 'Exit' signs glowing behind the screen. According to a friend, their screen are 2nd hand and the sound only come from front speakers. You don't feel those speakers on the side walls giving any effects. And some cinemas, even the chairs have problems. But so far, at least when you visit a coffee cafe their environment, still can maintain on a good level.
Oh yeah, managed to finish Inglorious Basterds in one sitting compare to Harry Potter 7.1 which I stopped watching on 20 minutes. Not sure when I going to continue..hehe. Guess Tarantino style rocks more.
