The return of Starcraft, the most anticipated game ever I suppose. In all honesty, Blizzard games are really good. I guess that's why they only need a few titles to make money. After all, people can play their games over 10 years.Starcraft is still best RTS game ever made, despite many other out there such as Red Alert, Supreme Commander, Warhammer, World In Conflict etc. In terms of balance and distinctive features between races, none can really come close. I think is one of the few games to have game replays, whereby we can watch matches played by other gamers.
One of the first games my college mate influenced to play seriously, learning all the strategies of each race, their advantages & disadvantages. Its a hard road, as I need to learn to be pwned first before knowing how to win. Losing within 5-10 minutes of the game isn't really a nice experience as I remember. However, the fun begins when you start owning other people in cybercafes. Sometimes you are so good, that you can fight against a few players at once.
However, I doubt I'll be really playing Starcraft 2 that much on LAN. After all, it was a different settings 10 years ago, as in college, you have more time to waste than now. The urge and interest is just not that much anymore.
ps:Nova is one hot Ghost, too bad she only appears for a while.
