Made a couple of new friends online then offline. This is one of the highlight of the year, cause they are all funny and sarcastic. Also lucky for me, there is a friend who can be so 'patient' and joke along with me during office hours. Else, sure I blow my headoff liao ;) Also, getting to renew friendships with old friends. Always good to see people you haven't met in a long long time. Feels good to see them doing well, and get to celebrate birthday with them. Its been a looong time since I celebrate birthday with so many friends. Again, tried to went for a gal, but failed again..hehe. I can live with that cause we are still good mates. After all, nothing really happen. Also, attended two really wonderful weddings of my primary school friends. Really happy to see them found their life partner. I sincerely can feel the happiness surrounding the weddings of people you really know for so long(10+ years) and able to see them smile like there is no tommorrow. All the best to Nx, Su, Angie and Jeremy too!

I thinkI am improving myself of how to treat people. Starting to know what to look out for and expect of them, friends, collegues alike. But also, getting grumpier at certain times but mostly is frustated due to work. I start to know myself more and what is the limitation. Travel two times out of the country. Feels good to revisit Hong Kong after more than 10 years..hehe, plus this is the first time I travelled with collegues. Singapore also not bad just too expensive for me especially the accomodation. The only ironic thing is that I get to travel is because of this company which I am growing to dislike..lol. Travelling feels great, really helps to enrich the mind and life experience. You get to see so many different things from Malaysia. However, I don't consider going to PD more than 10 times a year, travelling...lol.

Change back to an old job. Not the best decision ever but I have to live with it. Perhaps its karma, and time to payback. Its not that bad, but just that somehow not much future in it. On the good side, it is also this job allows me to meet many kinds of customers, and see how different people attitudes can be. While I don't think I improve that much technically, but more on communication and interaction ability. I also can't deny this job allows me to travel especially around Malaysia even to the remote and kampung kampung place. I used to wonder why I never been to so many parts of Malaysia, and now my curiousity sort of realize. Perhaps this is why I start to feel its time to move on. I also learnt that two wrong moves doesn't make a right. So, must look more more carefully before choosing the next job.
Overall for year 2008 is good for non-financial matters and bad for financial issues. As usual, looking to improve in every areas, but probably harder on the career side with the economic crisis we facing. My financial is going to be worse next year, but my resolution is still to get a new job or else get retrenched..hahaha.
