Stress Induced With Heat Causes Headache?

Lately, stress at work causes pain in the neck and shoulder. Find it hard to turn the head around and felt the muscless between the neck shoulder kinda tighten. I guess I am having stiff neck. Also, found out that if sweat more through running, the muscles kinda relax a bit and feel better. At least, not so tiring and can turn the head better. Is there any better cure? Been going on every now and then. Maybe till my projects finished only will feel much better.

Went to PD the other day, its a steam and gas turbine power plant mind you, and with construction still going on, the sweltering heat and super sunny sunshine hurts the eye and body..haha. Can't bear to look in front if coming out of the building, eyes felt painful to open. Then, with the morning heat in KL before downpour in evening, makes me headache only..hahas. Usually with the normal heat, sometimes I will get migraine. But this time really headache between the eyes.

Went back just before it started pouring. If late another 5 minutes, sure cannot go to my car already. After dinner, just take panadol and slept for almost 12 hours..haha. Wake up feeling better and start chatting with fren on MSN....haha.

ps: I really hate the rainy season, makes my working life difficult only!!

first off, stress is bad enough already, coupled together with heat its only going to get to your head literally.

well there are no real cures for migrain AFAIK, if i really can't bear the pain, i'd pop a ponstan (different family tree of panadol but stronger)
