It was suppose just to be a yam cha session to get our red bombs from a schoolmate at 9pm. But a friend arranged to watch football match at another mamak. And off we go to for our 2nd yam cha session and to complete the Liverpool-Chelsea match. Too bad it didn't finish in a draw.
Surprisingly, met a couple of old friends we haven't seen in like 2-3 years. Concidently, it was the old gang who used to go cybercafe every week about 3-4 years ago. A friend, mentioned his friend asked him to go 'ta kei' in CC. Since we haven't do this in a while, we all agreed to go play 'Counterstrike' for 3 hours. Feels a bit weird all 27 years old going to CC. We all tell ourselves we are uncles entering kids territory..haha. Of course, we created our own game andby the time it finished, it was 3am in the morning.
And we went yam cha again, third session for some of us. And a friend who always FFKed finally arrived. He supposed to meet us at 9.30pm but postponed to 1am. Then, he followed India time and arrived at 3am. We ate, drank and chat till 5am. Almost time for dim sum. But of course, we all went home since we really need to sleep leh..hehe.
What an unexpected way to celebrate Deepavali. Never knew unplanned sessions will bring reunion of old friends going back to the old times..haha.
