No, I am not talking about Command & Conquer. I am refering it to Contractors & Customers, two group of people who most of time seems like the dumbest people on the planet.
These C & C even if I want to I cannot scold them back since unfortunately they are the people who is going pay my salary.
I really don't get it especially with the contractors. I have no idea why they always seems like noobs when I have to deal with them how to handle telephone system installation. It is as if they are doing it for the first time. And I ask why do the customers hire them in the first place? Most probably is because of the coffee the contractors buy them..
Customers, although I do expect them to be not so knowledgeable about telephone system since it is always handled by those admin who are never ever technically gifted what so ever. As much as I try to explain, sometimes I do feel like shouting obsecenes at them. Again, I can't because it doesn't help and they will still not understand!! But some customers are really very st*pid to the point that all they do is just waste my time and expect me to treat them like gold.
These two group of people are responsible in getting my nerves and making me stress. If I don't treat them properly, my work cannot be done. And the more I attend to them, the more demanding they will become. So sometimes I just really ignore them and let them suffer for a bit. They are not that IMPORTANT!!
